HARDI
Heating, Air conditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) is a recent consolidation of two long time wholesale trade organizations – Northamerican Heating, Refrigeration & Air conditioning Wholesalers (NHRAW) and Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Wholesalers International (ARWI). The new organization represents over 450 wholesale companies, including 17 international companies, over 300 manufacturing associates, and nearly 140 manufacturer representatives.
HRAI
The Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI), founded in 1968, is a non-profit trade association of manufacturers, wholesalers and contractors in the Canadian HVACR industry. With over 900 members in Canada and the United States, HRAI also has over 150 associate members including utilities, municipalities, educational institutions, consultants, and related trade organizations.
ASHRAE
The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), founded in 1894, is an international organization of 50,000 persons. ASHRAE fulfills its mission of advancing heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration to serve humanity and promote a sustainable world through research, standards writing, publishing and continuing education.
SMCAA
Sheet Metal Contractors Association of Alberta (SMCAA) is a non-profit association representing businesses in the sheet metal industry, including union and non-unionized shops.
MCA
Established in 1895, the Mechanical Contractors Association of Canada (MCA) with its 1,000 member companies serves the needs of mechanical contractors in such disciplines as plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, controls systems, medical gases, welding, and fire suppression, primarily within the industrial, commercial and institutional sectors.
